Preserve better, waste less!
The research is centred on the topic of food preservation. The starting point is food wastefullness on a worldwide scale, that is partly caused by the lack of awareness about the different techniques to safeguard nourishment.
After the zoom on the serious and alarming current situation, we then try to answer the tree main questions: why? (we should change our habits), how? (to preserve food in a better way), what? (design can do in the future to help the user in preserving properly) related to this topic.
